Basic Website Design

Basic design packages include a fully customized design, pages built in easy-to-maintain Dreamweaver templates and validated HTML & CSS code. Content allowed: html, text and pictures. This option does not include any interactive elements such as bulletin boards, blogs, etc. They are added at additional costs above the basic design.

 

Interactive Website Design

Interactive websites include interactive elements such as bulletin boards, contact forms, contest entry pages, photo galleries, guestbooks and blogs. Each interactive element adds to the basic package, depending on the depth required to implement the requested item. Final pricing is subject to specific details and needs.

 

Website Hosting

I now have hosting accounts to offer my clients, so all your website needs are in one place. These are managed by me, accessible by you, with a full cpanel access and plenty of space and bandwidth to suit your needs.

 

Website Maintenance & Updates

Have a website that you love, but need someone to handle the updates for you? I can keep your website up to date with the necessary information such as your upcoming appearances, new book information, reviews or anything else you wish to share. And because I only charge for the hours I work, you won't pay a monthly fee. You'll only pay for time spent.

Email Newsletter Template Design

An email newsletter requires both solid, clean HTML as well as a clean plain-text version to send properly. In addition, the CAN-SPAM act rules must be adhered to.

I will design your email newsletter, both an HTML and a plain-text version, based on your brand - to match your website, to match any elements you'd like. The HTML versions will be tested in a variety of email programs, to insure the greatest success in delivery rate.

 

Email Newsletter Program Management

Once your newsletter has been designed and implemented, you are gathering names and email addresses on your website and building a list, you'll need to start sending your newsletters! This can be once a month, once a week, however often you wish. (Though I would caution to only send when necessary, or your newsletters will quickly become spam material.)

 

I will manage your entire email newsletter program, from testing your email to sending it to providing you with a report of how it did (how many viewed, who clicked on what, etc). You provide the content, I will plug it into the template designed (by you or me or another party) and send it out.

 

Print-Ready Newsletters

Do you prefer the old-fashioned printed variety? Or simply a PDF option for your website, but not for email? I can create you a newsletter template that can be re-used each time you have news to share - for you to update or by my servicese, your choice.
